Additionally, initiate & ensure proper update & modification of pertinent parts of welfare manual ( FD Crew ). Provide practical & effective recommendations to Welfare Management & FD Crew in line with department & HR policies. About You::
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience, with a Bachelors Degree. Computer literate with good knowledge of basic programming software as well as good knowledge of presentation techniques (i.e. Microsoft access, excel (models and tables), PowerPoint etc. You must have good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Must be able to demonstrate empathy with a multi national team. Must be able to work independently and under pressure. Good command of spoken and written English language.
