We are one of Kuwait's leading IT companies, and is a supplier of high-technology products & services including computing, communications and software solutions and we are looking to appoint a Showroom Sales Manager for our store operations.
This role is in charge of managing and directing showroom sales activities in the store, ensuring that the customer service level is achieved and sales forecasts and inventory levels are met.
This position should be able to “Bring in Business and develop the Showroom Independently”
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and direct the activities done by the showroom sales staff for customer reception
- Manage the preparation and follow up of quotations given for the customer orders and ensure that the system is updated
- Ensure that the order processes are executed properly by the sales officers

Goals/Mission:
- Support and advance the business goals of the Regional Company (RC) by providing compliance related business advice to management, and through the effective implementation of a comprehensive compliance program. - Advice on, implementation and control of mandatory elements of the Siemens Compliance program and internal assessments to what degree these elements are really performed within the Regional Company.
Working Partners/Contacts:
- - Executive Management. - All business units and functional departments. - Compliance Office headquarters. - Local customers and suppliers. - Local NGOs and stakeholders. - Internal: Direct regular reporting to the Regional Compliance Officer (RCO) in disciplinary and functional matters; also maintaining a strong relationship with senior management of the Regional Company; being a regular member of the Limit of Authority (LoA) meetings. - External: Being well informed about compliance developments in the region.
Tasks:
- Implementing: Designing and leading a Compliance Organization within the RC according to the Corporate Compliance Program and all guidance from the Corporate Compliance Organization. This means ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and BCGs. - Making sure that compliance issues within the region are promptly reported to him/her, persons assigned within compliance responsibilities within the region are well trained, and BUs have a compliance person to answer/forward questions and to monitor compliance. - Providing fitting measures for the prevention of violations of laws or regulations which could lead to corporate sanctions - especially under anti-trust and anti-corruption law (e.g. ensuring required compliance risk assessments for Siemens projects, due diligence, etc). - Delivering frequent compliance training to managers, appropriate sales personnel and others designated by regional management. - Ensuring training on LoA risk-assessment tools. - Supplementing corporate compliance training materials with local contents. - Performing regular business-related controls, reviews, audits, and - in case of breaches of anti-trust and anti-corruption - performing investigations set forth by the corporate compliance organization of Siemens AG. If there're violations, ensure they're remedied. - Reporting of relevant actual/threatened investigations to the Compliance Legal department CF L3; alleged violations of the law and major violations of the BCG to the CCO, CEO, & CFO of the RC immediately, status of compliance and training program, etc. - Being a trusted business advisor, and participating in management meetings and other communications on business operations and advising on effective business conduct. - Supporting the investigations to the extent requested by the CCO, an audit department, or any other investigating entry.
