Sayyid Qutb was one of the true brothers and important figures of the 20th century. He dedicated the later part of his life to Islam and sacrificed everything to wake up the minds of the people. He wrote many books in prison that would help muslims understand the true nature of Islam as a complete way of life. As muslims we should reject all corruption, immoral concepts and actions that now exist and have spread throughout the muslim world. We should all study and learn the depth and clear understanding of our deen and apply it in our thoughts, opinions and everyday life. This part discusses the opening chapter: The Quranic Generation Sayyid Qutb said ʾʾIndeed our words will remain lifeless, barren, devoid of any passion, until we die as a result of these words, whereupon our words will suddenly spring to life and live amongst the hearts that are dead, bringing them back to life as wellʾʾ Sayyid Qutb said A Shaheed (matyr) is someone who presents a testament (shahaadah) with his soul and blood that his faith and religion is dearer to him than the world. For this reason, he exerts his soul and life in redemption to the religion of Allah
